My Birthday
I was born in Mullingar, Westmeath Ireland. My full name (before I got married) was Alice Renee Horan. My mum's name is Maura and my father's name is Greg. I had and still have bright, blue eyes and thick, long, brown, wavy hair. -
The Trip to America
When I was about 11 I moved to Ellis Island with my 3 brothers, 2 sisters, parents, and my best friend and his family. We had to walk a total of 27 hours just to get to the docks. The trip on the boat itself was very boring and crowed, We almost ran out food. -
Getting Inspected
When we finally got to Ellis Island we were herded into a big building. I went one way with my two sisters, mum and Harry's mum, Anne. Harry, my father, three brothers and Harry's father went the other way. We were tested for any diseases and i met many new people. -
