My Date and place of birth
My birth place was in Milk Street, London on February 7, 1478, me being son of Sir John More, a prominent judge. I had been educated at St Anthony's School in London. As a youth I served as a page in the household of Archbishop Morton who anticipated i would grow up to become a "marvellous man -

Where and what I studied at university part 1
I went on to study at oxford under Thomas Linacre and William Grocyn . During this time, i was writing comedies and studied Greek and Latin literature. One of my first of works was an English translation of a Latin biography of the Italian humanist Pico Della Mirandola. It was printed by Wynkyn de Worde in 1510. -

In the region of 1494 i went back to London to study law, was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1496, and i became a barrister in 1501. However i did not automatically follow in my father's footsteps. I was torn between a monastic calling and a life of civil service. While at Lincoln's Inn, i was determined to become a monk and subjected him to the discipline of the carthusians, living at a nearby monastery and taking part of the monastic life. -

I loved my family with all heart as was there whenever they needed me; I had four kids that I dearly loved t bits three girls and one boy. When I was 27 in the year of 1505 I got married to young girl of 17 years of age named Jane colt. Tragically she passed away six years into our marriage life i had lover her with all my heart. I was no romantic fellow but I had to find a wife to take care of kids and the household, and so i did a few months later I had married a widow name Alice Middleton.

She was fine normal soul with no education or beauty but Alice was devoted to taking care of my 4 children. We never always got along with our decisions but it was a pleased and holly marriage. -

Work and achievements
When I was 26 I was elected into the parliament i was very proud. One thing i was very proud of doing was getting married when i 27 with 4 kids. By 32 i was working as judge in court. Throughout all my years i was also active in the areas of literature and philosophy.
A great achievement of mine was my book named utopia (published in Latin, 1516,) this work of mine had been considered to be one of the best Socratic dialogues of all time , ihave long been known from my masterpiece. -

Controversies
I was lead into many controversies in my time i think major one was when my beloved wife had passed away making have to father 4 kids on my own this had happen 6 years into marriage. My biggest factor was that king hennery wanted my help o support him whilst having divorce with his wife I refused.
I was later convicted for treason and i was executed in front of large crowd on tower hill and i was beheaded I was killed by a single stroke of an axe. -

Date and cause of death
I was executed and died as martyr for my faith I was beheaded at the side of Bishop fisher. The day was July 6 1535, my final words had been "The King's good servant, but God's First." The reason for my death was treason I was found guilty. Treason meaning betrayal or disloyalty to ones country or government. -
When I was canonized
I was beatified in 1886 and canonized by the Catholic Church as a saint by Pope puis XI in 20th centaury the year was 1935.
