The band members are wearing all black which is very common in a rock music video as they're target audience are those who are stereotyped to carry out an 'emo lifestyle'. The lead singers is weqaring black eye liner, This is common for a male rock band as they want to look more gothic and scary. He also shows his creativity through attatching feathers in his hair,
again to make him look unique and alternative. Props: a small light bulb to make the room look dark, instruments for the band to use -

The audience realise this video contains a flashback of the dark Victorian time. We could tell by the location as the narrator is outside an old fashioned mansion. This setting is more suitable for a rock video as the Victorian times are usually dark and brutal which is a common thing for rock bands to sing about (pain). -

Female lead is wearing a victorian dress. She comes out of an old fahsioned vehicle. Suits the rock genre as the costumes and props looks Victorian and aristrocratic which are both gothic styles. This form of style is used throughout the whole video when wee see a Victorian scene. -

We see her come into the first location (concert) with same costume that she wore before (victorian maid dress). Coomon in rock video as they tend to look like the hero by making her smile and enjoy their performance. The band is trying to show their music is good.
