Beginnings in New York: Kid Cudi
Kid Cudi moved to New York with his uncle in 2003-2004. after moving he started to apply at a BAPE store that recently opened after he moved there. At the BAPE store, he wound up meeting Kanye West there. Who would later become his mentor and help him get out an album. Scott Mescudi realized, with Kanye his voice was a pwer. Producing all these songs with messages. When producing these things, he would be with several diffferent producers, or just him b himself. -
Release of "Man On The Moon'
This album was a great hit. When released the first week, it sold a little more than 104,000 copies. There was nothing comparing to this amazing rapper and nothin can stop him.
Each song on the track would be made specifically to have a message within themselves. The songs all have a specific sound and instrumentation to each one. -
Man On The Moon 2: The Legend of Mr. Rager
This album was originally called Cudder and the Revolution of Evolution. On this date, is the day he anounced the name its is now. Kid Cudi would sample different artists in his songs. He would also sample 90's, 80s based music. -

On this date, Scott Mescudi was arrested. Along the streets of Manhattan he was in possesion of a controlled substance. Nothing that concerns Graphic Design, I just thought this was funny. -

THis album was a new style Scott was trying. He wanted to make a rock band in terms of trying something different. He was no longer with his older label but were on good terms.
This album has a different setting. His new view on music has changed, and his designs. For example the album cover. -

This album has a link between the first and second Man On The Moon. This album was created to finish off the series and show the maturity since those albums.
The album cover shows all the graphic design used on it. Its different from the beginning from just a moon and him, to just him.
