Miss. Bonofiglio approached a Student One, who was in middle school or high school at the time, and began discussing personal matters including her recent break up from her 39 year old boyfriend.

The school board notified the York Region Children's Aid Society (CAS) and they determined she was a risk to other students. They suspended her pending further investigation
