Being born
I was born the oldest in my family. I was the oldest sibling out of 13 kids my mother and father had. I had a job in my small town that I lived in before i can as a farm and I had to quit to come her. anthoer reason I came over because my mother and father couldnt support me anymore. -
Moving to America
I needed to find a job here in the new world. I also needed to find a well paying job in the new land to get food and land when I move wesr. The main reason I moved away from my home was becasue i was the oldest of 13 kids and my mom and dad couldnt support me anymore. -
Finding Money and Food
When I got to New York i tried to find a job as fast a i could i ended up working in a small bakery where i got free bread 3 times a week. The reason I found a job so fast was because I needed to find a stable sourse of money tat i could save so when I moved to the West I could buy land and other things that where nessesary. -
Moving to the West
When I got to the west I knew to be succesful I need a job and land. So i set out and found a job working on the railroads where during the day I would be hard at work building the tacks and when night came I would get to spend the night in the train and continute to do this prosses all the way to the West. -
My Nw Home
When we finally go to the west i quit my job as a railroad worker and became a miner. I read in a new letter that i found abourd a trian that mining in the west had its pay days if you found gold,cole,and other valued rocks. So i desited that i would work as a miner and try to get enough money to buy new house. -
Finding my Land in The West
As i started to make my money, i relized I needed to find some land so i set out to find some land in the woods area. To get some pease and quitet. When my land was found i built my own house by hand. Just a small wood cabin in the woods. -
Finding the Big Bucks
After acouple years new home in the west my mining job, was paying really good. But just as I thought it couldnt be any better, I strock the mother load..... I had found gold and lots of it it had been the biggest pay day I have ever gotten. I found enough gold to live another day and not work. But I took thaqt gold put it in my house safe and got right back to work. -
A Bad day.....
Today I resived a letter from my home town in Africa, As i opened the letter very exited to see what was in it becasue its was the first time i have han any contact from home sence I left home. I could tell from the first word that my mother was behind this letter, It read, "Dear my baby i have some very sad news to tell, today your father has pasted away from a horrable work related accsedent." Thats all i could read befor i crumpled the paper up and throw it away.
