The Jazz Singer was one of the first talking movies. They were called Talkies. This was a huge way that we revolutionized movies. After this, almost all movie companies started making "Talkies". -
The first colored movies
The first colored movies hit the screen. The Wizard of Oz was one of the first among the pictures. It changed the way we think of movies today by just adding a splash of color. -
Snow White
Walt Disney's first animated move comes out. If Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs hadn't been such a hit, we might not still watch new Disney movies, and go to any of the Walt Disney theme parks. -
