Hearing God's Call
Every summer Agnes's family would visit the mountainous area of Montenegro. Her parents believed that it was good for their physical and spiritual health. While visiting, Agnes felt that God was calling her to a spiritual life. So at the age of 12, she told her mother. Drana thought Agnes was too young to make such a life changing choice such as becoming a nun. -
Young Teacher
At the age of 14, Agnes started teaching Sunday School classes to younger children. -
God's Will
Agnes left home for the Loreto Order in Paris to prepare for religious life. From there she went to Dublin, Ireland to learn English.
