6 months after Pearl Harbor, Japan lost against the US in one of the biggest navel battles in history. Breaking down Japan's army, the US and its allies were allowed to attack Japan head on. -
Battle of Stalingrad
It was one of the Soviet Union's most sueccesful defenses and seen as one of the greatest but bloodiest battles ever fault with over 2 million dead. It stopped German advancement and brought the Allies on top.
