A lady called Rosa Parks refuses to get up out of her seat for a white man. The bus driver gets her arrested and she was charged with messing with segeragation laws she tries to appel and gets denined. Eventualy she takes it to the supreme court. -
Supreme court
Rosa Parks with the help of the NAACP and MIA took the case to the supreme court. The supreme court ruled in favor of Rosa Parks. Because segeragation went against the 14 ammendment.
