Hulls Proclamation was a proclamation made by William Hull ordering all British citizens to surrender or a war would start. Hull also threatend to kill British prisoners that fought with natives. The proclamation stiffened resistance to American attacks. -

The Battle of Fort George was an American Victory. The Americans captured Fort George, a fort in Upper Canada. The Navy and the Army each had a role in the sieze of the fort as it is on the Niagra River. -
Battle of Stoney Creek

The Battle of Stoney Creek resulted in a British Victory. It was fought in what is today known as Stoney Creek Ontario. It was started when British units made a night attack on an American camp. out of all the Americans on the camp only about a third participated in the fighting and the army suffered a loss of over 100 while the british sufferd a loss of about 75 men. -

A British Victory resutling in the loss of nearly 500 American troops during an attempted suprise attack on Fort George. The plan was foiled because a Canadian Women named Laura Secord foiled the Americans plan. -
Battle of Lake Erie

The Battle of Lake Erie was an American victory. The battle was unsuprisingly fought in Lake Erie. Nine United States war ships were able to defeat and/or capture six British Royal Navy war ships. This insured the Americans had control of the lake which was necassary to recapture Detroit. -

The Battle of the Tames was a united States victory against the United Kingdom. It took place near present day Chatham Ontario in Upper Canada. Sadly, in this battle Tecumshe a Native American leader of the Shawnee tribe was killed. His tribe opposed the United States during the war and were an ally of the British. -
Battle of Chateauguay
British/Canadian Victory
The Battle of Chateauguay was a Canadian Victory. The Battle was fought near present day Ormstown in Quebec. The Canadian toops were lead by General Charles de Salaberry. Salaberry was so confident they would win that he didn't even inform his superiors of the battles until after it had been won. -
Battle of Chippawa
American Victory
An invasion of Upper Canada along the Niagra River. Overall The UK lost at least 141 while the Americans only lost 79. General Jacob Brown was the General Responsible for the win at the Battle of Chippawa.
