the dog runs the snake under the house so now the wife and her kids cant stay in the house -

one of the wife's sons hugs her and say that he wont leave her and become a drover -

the snake has pushed the wife and her kids out of her house so not the 4 kids and the dog need to stay in the kitchen so the wife reminisces on the past for a bit after that the dog finds the snake and him and the wife kill it
