    Had an impact on Indian territory, tribes allied with the Union or Confederate forces. Caused major division between natives.

    The Reconstruction treaties
    Aimed to free slaves and give them rights, among the five tribes.

    Congress passed this act, the natives would be readmitted to the union.

    This act aimed to assimilate Natives by dividing them into other territories. The Dawes Act would cause a huge impact on Natives, they would sell their land to non natives.

    When land registration raised, thousands of people rushed to Oklahoma, they wanted to test their luck. People wanted to see if they would be eligible to get a piece of land.
