Under Cover of the Night
At 2 a.m. the PA legislatures passed an unconstitutional bill that gave them a 16% pay raise. Ed Rendell signed the bill into the law that would soon be subject to much deserved scrutiny. Gene Stilp becomes the main clear opposer to the pay raise. -

Former Architects of the midnight payraise (former Representatives Deweese, Veon, Purzel, and Fumo) are all behind bars. Legislatures still make more than they did in 2005 though. They didn't forfeit their raises.
