The trails of tear was when Natives were forced to move lands and had to walked for hundreds of miles away from their land. -
The Civil War was a war against the north and south. The south didn't want to give up their slaves but the north wanted to end slavery. The war lasted 4 years before President Abraham Lincoln dying. -
All 5 tribes got together and signed an act that they WILL free their slaves and that they can't practice it either. It also affected railroads too only one north-south and one & west were allowed through the territories. -

The Indian Reorganization Act was to grant a degree by giving them more control of their land and allowing them to legally form their own government in each tribe.
