Oswald- The First Mickey Mouse
Oswald the rabbit was the first animated charter ever created by the Disney Brothers studio. Oswald made his first appearance in 1927 in the short clip Trolley Troubles. Walt Disney and Charles Mintz co-created the character and to Walt Disney's amazement he learned that Charles Mintz owned the rights to Oswald and took the beloved character away from Walt Disney. The Disney company would not obtain the rights to Oswald again for another 80 years. -

Mickey Mouse first appeared in 1928 in the short clip Steamboat Willie. This was the first ever cartoon with synchronized sound and it became an instant hit for the Walt Disney company. -
The Karnival Kid
