November 18, 2003 - The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department takes him into custody to face charges of child molestation. He posts $3 million bail and flashes a V-sign before leaving in a black Suburban escorted by three sheriff's motorcycle officers. -
Death
June 25, 2009 - Died at the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California after suffering cardiac arrest. He was found not breathing in his home by paramedics
