Men wore long coats that reached the knee. Trousers were kept fitted. Walking sticks made a debut. -
Keepin' It Casual
Stripes were in, and so were lounge suits. Suits were tailors, but the jackets kept long. Hats seemed to still me popular. -
Just Relax
Men's fashion became a lot more lenient; trousers were looser and men stopped creasing them. The tailored look was reserved for a high class; any other occasion called for a baggier look. Leather jackets became popular as the 1920's came to a close. -
Cinch the Trench
Trench coats with a belt around the waist became popular. Suits were still in style but the Great Depression made it hard to afford quality clothing. Leather jackets were still gaining more popularity throughout this time period. -
Ration the Fashion
Baggy clothes were back in style. Due to the war, materials were rationed; flaps, cuffs, and pleats were no longer included. Pants were worn high-waisted.
