Kip was stationed at Fort Drum, he was a light infantry platoon leader. -
Kip & Tracey met
Kip & Tracey met at Limerick Pub in February of 1996. Kip said that night " I'm never going to let you go, I'm going to make you my wife." They started dating that night. -
Tracey broke up with her boyfriend
That night she met Kip Tracey broke up with her boyfriend of 8 years, Matt Cepcka, to marry. She broke up with him because she knew Kip was the one. -
Kip got stationed at Fort Benning
Kip was moved to Georgia to be stationed at Fort Benning. He was an airborne ranger. -
Tracey moved to Rhode Island
Tracey moved to Rhode Island to work as an assistant manager for Marshalls. They dated long-distance and saw each other on the weekends. -
Got Engaged
In June of 1998, Tracey flew to Georgia to see Kip. They went to Baskin Robins where he asked her to marry him. He placed the ring on mint chocolate chip ice cream in a waffle cone and she almost ate the ring! -
Moved in together
October of 1998 Tracey moved in together in Kip's place in Georgia. -
Drove Cross Country to Washington
They drove cross country from Georgia to Fort Lewis, Washington while sleeping in their car every night! -
Stopped at Nashville on Cross Country Trip
Stoped to see Elivs house on the way to their new home. -
Visited Sandria peak Tramway on Cross Country Trip
On the road trip, they made a stop in Mexico and went sightseeing. -
Visited Grand Cayon on Cross Country Trip
Saw the grand canyon together while moving to Washington -
Visited Las Vegas on Cross Country Trip
Before they made it to their new home in Fort Benning they stopped at Vegas. -
Visited San Francisco on Cross Country Trip
The last stop before their new home was San Francisco. They saw the golden gate bridge, Alcatraz, the streetcars, and more! -
Moved to Fort Lewis
They lived in Fort Lewis, Washington together where they got their first dog timmie! -
Kip got stationed at Fort Lewis
A new destination for Kip and Tracey in Washington. -
Got their first dog Timmie
They found Timmie at a Chinese flew market and instantly fell in love. Timme has been a huge part of their life since. -
Married
Finally got married at West Point on July 31, 1999, which was an incredibly hot day and there was no AC! -
First Child born
Chris was born on October 14, 2000, at 11:03 pm and was their first child! He was born on the Barracks at Ft. Lewis Madigan Army Medical Center. -
Moved to Holly Springs NC
Once again they moved but this time as a family! With one child and a dog, they packed up their lives and bought their first house together in a town called Holly Springs! -
Had a second child
Isabella was born on May 29, 2002, at 9:11 AM and was their first girl! -
Moved to Flintpoint
After 2 kids and a third one the way, a bigger house was needed. They packed up and moved to a different part of town still in Holly Springs called Flintpoint rd where they met friends for life. -
Third child was born
Audrey was born on September 20, 2003, at 10:47 and would be their youngest child and second girl. -
Got Jingles
On Christmas morning we woke up to a kitty named Jingles under the Christmas tree. Jingles is a household favorite and the cutest. -
Got Copper
We added another member of the family Copper! -
Moved to Chrismill
After many great years, they moved once again to Chrismill. Their new home was right down the street from their old home. Chrismill quickly became their forever home where they found second families. -
Got Bridget
Another dog was added to the family! -
Timmie passed away
After a long-lived life, Timmie's life came to an end. Heartbreak filled the Turco house. -
Moved to Wellesley
Tragedy struck hard when the Turco's had to move to Massachuttes. With everyone loving their home in North Carolina moving was hard. -
Jingles passed away
Jingles was living with heart failure. Jingles passed on July 29, 2020, and will forever be missed. He was truly the best cat ever.
