Education in France and marriage
She is sent to France very young, when his father dies , and she is promised to Francis II. In 1558 she marries the Dauphin of France at 15 , but their marriage will last no more than two years. -

Mary gives birth a child
James VI is born in Edinburgh.There were rumours that Mary was having an affair with her secretary David Rizzio, he was assasinated. -

Third marriage
Lord Darnley dies and Mary gets suspicious to plot his death, above all, after she gets married to Lord Bothwell. -
Captivity and death
She fled to England looking for her cousin´s protection , Elisabeth I, but she was a menace for her cousin so, she was imprisoned for 19 years and finally beheaded for treason on the 8 th February 1587. After Elisabeth´s death James VI became king of England and Scotland.
