Married Louis Leakey
She married Louis Leakey in '36 and had 3 sons. Mary moved to Kenya with Louis and worked in east Africa for majority od her career. -
Rock Paintings
Studdied and recorded a Pleistoncene Tanzania rock painting, that for the basis of one of her books. -
Louis Died
After she was widowed she spent majority of her time travelling to give lectures, raise funds and receive many honors. -
Retirement Plan
She retired to Nairobi to be close to her family. There she sontinued to work on her manuscripts. -
