Bus Boycott
In 1955 Rosa Parks was arrested and jailed as she refused to give up her seat on the bus to a white person. Rosa Parks did't give up her seat on the bus to protest on segregation on public buses. Usally in buses white people would sit in the back and black people would sit in the front. If you were black you would have to give up your seat if the bus was full. -
