Marilyn was only 16 when she married James Daugherty. -
Start of her career
Marilyn gets her first interview at 20th Century Fox with Ben Lyon. -
Modeling Career
After Marilyn signed with Fox she applied to Blue Book Modeling Agency. Her pitcures were posted in magazines and made the front cover of a few magazines as well. -
Divorce Granted!
Marilyn and James both decided to call it quits on thier marriage and filed for divorce. -
You're Fired!
Marilyns contract for fox wasn't renewed so they fired her but later on re-hired her. -
Lights, Camera, Action!
After Marilyn was fired from Fox in 1947, she didn't have much luck finding another movie place to give her a contract. Likely for her, Fox wanted her back, so thet re-hired her and she started filming 'A Ticket To Tomahawk'. -
Ready for TV?
Marilyn just couldn't get enough of being on screen, she was getting calls from everyone. She landed on 'The Jack Benny Show'. -
Famous Enough?
Not many people know what Marilyn was actually known for, but they all know that she did the very famous skirt-blowing scene shot for 'The Seven Year Itch'. -
Second Marriage
Marilyn Monroe married once again, but this time to Arthur Miller. -
Baby on Board!
Marilyn and Arthur find out that they're going to be parents! But a few months later, Marilyn has a miscarriage. -
Marriage breakage
Marilyn and Arthur filed for divorce after having three miscarriages. -
Just couldn't take it
Marilyn entered into Payne Whitley Psychictric Clinic. She just couldn't take the thought of losing her child three times and losing her husband. -
Freedom
Marilyn leaves the clinic and starts filimg again. -
Marilyns Death
Marilyn was found dead in her house. Her death was said to be an overdose on pills and she committed suicide. The lab brought back that the pills she took her prescribed to her from her doctor but he gave too high of a dose. -
Remembering Marilyn
Funeral for Marilyn was held at Westewood Medical Park Cemetery. Her feneral was aired days after it was held, and her photos and merchandises prices went up.
