When Marie curie was the youngest and when she was a girl she had a incredible memory and was at the top of her class. when she was 16 she won a medal on completing her secondary education at Russian Iycee. Helped in World War I
Throughout World War I Marie Curie helped many soldiers using X-rays. she worked to make portable ones that could be used to diagnose injuries(mariecurie.org). To do this Cuire went around Paris asking for money from schools and labs. When she got them she brought X-rays to the battlefields. The Russian Civil war lasted three years, from 1918-1921. This war caused great confusion, division, and human suffering. The Russian Civil War was spread because of a resistance of the Bolshevik order. In 1921 Marie Curie and her two daughters made their way to the United States. When they arrived many people had come to see her. Marie Curie Dies
Marie Curie was one of the greatest scientist we know today. She has accomplished many things in her life with discovering new elements and winning two nobel prizes. Because she did this her hypothesis is still known today and it is, that radioactivity is the result of something happening within the atom itself(Curie, 115).
