Bancroft acquired property on the coast of Maine that would act as a nice place for the children to be in the hot days of summer. -
Jenzia Cooley
Jenzia Cooley came to Bancroft on advice for a family friend and then became her assistant. Not long after, Jenzia's sister, Miriam, joined her at Bancroft. -
