Birth of Sibling
My little brother Barry was born on this day, and I became a middle child. -
Started School
Although I had attended preschool several years beforehand, this was the day that I started Kindergarten at Conant Elementary School. -
First Dance Recital
I started dancing in the first grade and took a hip hop class at Annette and Company School of Dance. -
President Obama Elected as President
President Obama was elected as president on this day, this is important for me because it opened up the door for political figures to be minorities or groups that haven't yet held that position- such as women. -
First Year at Camp
I attended sleep away camp for the first time at Interlochen Center for the Arts following the third grade. -
