    We will implement a coupon plan that is a card that is shaped like a cute coffee cup. After each purchase of an item, the customer will receive a punch hole. Once they reach 9 punch holes, they will be able to purchase a coffee drink or bakery item for free. Each time a hole is punched, we would have to sign it and customers would be limited to one hole punch per day.

    During our live music performances, we will have a 50/50 raffle, or sweepstake. When a ticket is purchased, they will be entered to win free merchandise or products our business might sell.
    We would also explain that part of the proceeds will be given to the live music artist.

    Digital 10% Off any drink Coupon
    The coupon will be a 10% discount on any drink. Creating a slight discount could boost their likelihood of coming to the cafe. However, I think it would be beneficial to give out digital coupons (sent via. email) if the customer leaves a review/feedback for the company. Having these coupons online will almost guarantee that customers won’t lose them and avoid any possible conflicts.

    For the Christmas season as well, we will release a gingerbread cookie in our bakery. A free sample will be given out on the first week of december to all of those who purchase a certain size drink.

    During the beginning of Christmas season, we will release a new peppermint bark latte and on the day it is released we will have a deal that the first 25 people in line before open will get a free sample of the new peppermint bark latte.
