    Mackenzie was born on November 20th in 2003. They have two younger siblings, a mom and an adoptive dad (their parents are divorced).

    Besides Mackenzie's mom also being a theatre nerd, middle school was when they were able to be part of making the magic on stage happen. With doing shows such as Peter and the Starcatcher and The Glass Slipper. The definitive moment that made them certain of pursuing theatre as a career was getting the opportunity to see the live musical Wicked at Arizona's Gammage Theatre.

    After a taste of theatre from her previous school, Mackenzie dove head-first into the theatre classes, community, and club. Some performances they acted in includes Radium Girls [student rewrite], Machinal, and Clue: On Stage

    Mackenzie graduates from Ironwood High School with honors, and takes a gap year before eventually enrolling in community college.

  • Graduating College

    Mackenzie finishes her Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Design and Technology as Northern Arizona University. As of graduation, Mackenzie has worked on big title shows such as The Last Five Years, Little Shop of Horrors, The House of Yes, and The Play That Goes Wrong.

    Mackenzie takes some time to figure out what they want to do now with their degree and finds contract work for a 6-month cruise ship.
  • The Phoenix Theatre Company

    The Phoenix Theatre Company
    Upon coming back from working on the cruise, Mackenzie goes to work for The Phoenix Theatre Company for a few seasons, mostly as overhire and backstage crew. The theater's scene and properties shop is where they focus on honing their skills.
  • Immigrating to France

    Immigrating to France
    After working at Phoenix Theatre, Mackenzie decides to pack up and move to France. They make a living off of designing and building sets and props for Théâtre de la Porte Saint-Martin, a theatre in Paris, France.

    Forgein Studies
    While in France, Mackenzie pursued further formal and informal education about various things that could relate to theatre, from things such as needle work and upholstery to things like analyzing and understanding absurdist plays.
  • Tying the Knot!

    Tying the Knot!
    Mackenzie found love while working on another cruise ship. The two of them take a lengthy honeymoon before purchasing a couple of acres with a cottage house in Switzerland.

    Mackenzie and their spouse decide that their lives would benefit with a wee one to love and raise and guide through life. They opt for adoption because they decided that was best for them as a couple and family.

    Not Mackenzie personally, of course, but rather a play that they've written. After writing scripts on the side or for a short promo for over a decade, one of their two-act scripts on love and loss catches the attention of the masses.

    Mackenzie accepts an offer to work as a theatre house's Technical Director in London, England. They still direct and write on the side.

    Mackenzie receives their first Olivier for "Best Direction of an Original Script" as they direct a tearjerker about family ties and natural disasters.

    Professor Mackenzie
    Mackenzie becomes a theatre professor and moves their playwriting and directing to the back burner.
  • Theatre and Literature Center for Young Artists

    Theatre and Literature Center for Young Artists
    As they start getting to retirement age, Mackenzie decided to initiate and sponsor the opening of a library with auditoriums. Plays and events are regularly put on or rent out the spaces. When it's not scheduled for something, the space is being used for free acting and technical know-how classes for the surrounding community.

    After a long life, Mackenzie settles back down in Switzerland with their spouse, where they spend the rest of their time together.
  • Peaceful Passing

    Peaceful Passing
    At the ripe age of 97, Mackenzie passes away peacefully in their sleep. Their family respects their wishes to be cremated, partly scattered around the world and partly buried in special places.
