  • The Start of the American Revoulution

    After Britain had started putting taxes on exporting goods and services, the country had been divided into groups. Loyalists, Patriots and Neutrals. Patriots had been rebelling against the government in order to create representation for themselves. The Government in exchange closed down facilities blocking acess for everyone- including Loyalists. This caused the Loyalists to start to believe they were not going to live peacefully in Britain.
  • Boston Massacre

    The Boston Massacre was a Patriot Protest which killed thousands of soldiers using sticks, stones and snowballs. Many colonists were killed, leading to a peace writing.
  • Boston Tea Party

    Patriot protest against the Britain Government led to chaos and ruckus within the country, making the streets unsafe for everyone- including Loyalists.Boston Tea Party was among one of the most major protests as thousands of tea bags were dumped into the ocean, making a statement to the Government,in fact one of the very first.Loyalists believed that the Government would protect them better than the Patriots, instead Britain didn't take effective action, causing them to think other wise.
  • Slavery and Labor

    The Britain Government kept over 35,000 Loyalists slaves to it's country. Loyalists were recruited for Military corps, factories and e.t.c not earning a single penny while at these jobs. Loyalists were furious with the Government, not being able to provide for themselves and family.
