Bilbo's Birthday Party
Bilbo's birthday party is the first major event of the Fellowship. Almost the whole Shire is invited and Gandalf lights many spectacular fireworks. The conclusion of this party is that Bilbo slips on the ring during a speech then disappears, and later leaves the Shire for Rivendell. -
Traveling to Bree
Gandalf asks Frodo and Sam to head to Bree at the Prancing Pony to meet with him. On the way they meet with Pippen and Mary who join them. Along the roads they face servants of Mordor called, ring wraths. Once they arrive Gandalf does not show, and strider travels with them to Rivendell -
Wethertop
The hobbits are camping on top of an old watchtower and they catch the attention of the stalking ring wraths. They attack them in attempt to take the ring; they stab Frodo with a poisonous dagger before Aragorn fights them off. The group rushes to Rivendell before an elf on horse back is able to carry Frodo the rest of the way. -
Rivendell
Frodo survives the ordeal where he awakes with Gandalf standing by the window; Gandalf specks of his recent adventure at Isengard. The four hobbits tour the great city and have a great fest. Frodo later visits with Bilbo, where he receives Sting. -
Council of Elrond
Later through the week there is a council to decide the fate of the world and the ring. Several different people are their, men of Gondor, dwarfs and elves of Mirkwood. They decide it must be destroyed and Frodo stands up volunteers. A fellowship is formed to aid him on the quest made of nine companions. -
Moria
They head of their journey and are forced into the mines of Moria a stronghold of dwarfs. But the city is dead and is taken over by goblins, they try to travel unnoticed but are eventfully caught. They fight many goblins and rush to the exit. -
Balrog
At the exit the fellowship escapes but Gandalf stays behind to fight the demon shadow Balrog. He defeats it but it catches him with his wipe, and drags him down the cliff with it. -
Lothorine
The 8 companions head off into the woods and find the city of Lothorine; a city built in the trees and run by elves. They receive gifts food and boats to continue their journey. -
The Mirror
The great elf Galadriel has the power to show the past present and future though her mirror. Frodo see the Shire in flames if he fails to destroy the ring. Making him realize that he cannot fail and that it is worth his life -
Seperating of the Fellowship
After leaving Loftorine the fellowship is attacked by orcs and Mary and Pippin are taken. Frodo and Sam continue on their quest to destroy the ring, but Legolas Gimli and Aragorn leave to hunt down the orces that took the hobbits.
