Barney
I watched alot of Barney when I was toddler. My mom said it was the only thing that would calm me down and keep my attention. I also believe thats why my favorite color is Purple. -
My mom would read me bedtime stories.
My mom would read many of the little golden book stoires to me at bedtime. Some of my favorites were 101 Dalmations, CInderalla, & Snow White. -
Funny Dr. Seuss books
I remember all the funny pictures and rymes in the Dr. Seuss books that were read to me as a child. My favorite was "Green Eggs and Ham." -
Started first grade and began to love reading!!
I remember my first grade teacher and how fun she made reading to be. She read alot out loud to the class. -
My favorite book in 2nd grade
I remember being read Stellaluna and then rereading it over and again because I liked it so much. -
Full House every day
My favorite show in the elementary grades was "Full House." I grew up along side the Olsen twins and watched them grow with me. I still watch the re-runs. I learned a lot through this show. -
Poems, Poems, Poems
I remember in 4th and 5th grade, I had to learn and recite many poems. -
4th grade- Nancy Drew series
I remember my mom taking me to the library every week to get the next Nancy Drew book in the series. -
6th grade- Beverly Clearly books.
I remember my favorite was "Fifteen." I still have it to this day. -
Book and movie- Where the Heart Is
I remember watching the movie "Where the Heart is" and loving it so much. I heard that it was first a book, so I got the book and read it straight through, It was a such a good read. -

I loved little golden books when I was little and now so does my son. His favorite right now is "The Little Engine That Could."
