Learning Arabic/pashto alphabet
To learn the literacy of pashto, and learn the holy Quran you need to understand the alphabets. This was my first encounter with literacy an writing. -

With the alphabets and just what a word can be for the word for example H as in Hen. This was a class in Afghanstan schools. -
Moving to America/ ESL
In elementary school when I first moved I was placed in the English Second language and helped us learn words like past tense, noun, pronoun, and other stuff in general. Really helped put us in track and one the most profound moment that impacted my English literacy. -
middle school
Moved in to bailey in which I was still in ESL classes. Moreover we read rhetorical and short stories. Also introduced me into the essay format like ICEE. -
highschool freshman year
Challenged myself to take a higher level class which I knew I was capable of. Read a lot of books and read some book by myself. -
Sophomore year
Got really good since one of my strengths is my ability to adjust quickly, and I was constantly getting decent grades freshman and sophomore year, so I up my essay level. -
Summer before junior year
Read a lot of books independently especially like autobiography and other individuals experiences. Actually started to enjoy reading and made me feel more productive.
