George die after falling down the stairs at his home. He died in Tuskegee,Alabama and was buried next to Booker T. Washington

Memorial
Franklin D. Roosevelt dedicated 30,000 to the George Washington Carver National Monument. It was also the first monument dedicated to an african american.
