    Agatha Mary Clarissa Miller is born in Torquay, Devon, England.

    The little Agatha moves to France at the age of six with her family.

  • Archie and Agatha marry

    When Archie is given three days leave he returns to Agatha. They marry on Christmas Eve and he returns to his squadron on Boxing Day.

  • Agatha completes her first novel

    The Mysterious Affair at Styles is completed but no one wishes to publish it! It is turned down by 6 publishers before finally being published three years later by The Bodley Head.

    Agatha collaborates with other crime writers, for a popular BBC radio programme called behind the Screen. Her first radio episode is called, Something is Missing and sadly no longer survives.
