    May 27, 1993 was the day i was born.

    There was a record flooding that went across 9 states and they are, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Illinois. 50 flood deaths occurred, and damages approached $15 billion. Hundreds of levees failed along the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers.

    The Sivas massacr- July 2, 1993 which resulted in the deaths of 37 Alevi intellectuals and two hotel employees. The victims, who had gathered for a cultural festival in Sivas, Turkey, were killed when a mob of radical Islamists set fire to the hotel where the group had assembled.

    a man from Rhode island was charged with one Second Degree Sexual Assault, one charge of Third Degree Sexual Assault and one charge of Second Degree Child Molestation. This man received a five year sentence, which was suspended.

    The country of Greece declared a state of emergency as multiple forest fires, over 200, continued to assault various parts of the country. By the time the fires were tamed in September 2007, 84 people had died as a result. Many of the fires were believed to be the cause of arson.
