    • Attended high school at St. Mary’s Academy in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.
    • Studied zoology at university -After her undergraduate degree in Zoology Haraway moved to Paris and studied evolutionary philosophy with theology at the Fondation Teilhard de Chardin.
    • Hathaway then went on to complete her Ph.D. in biology at Yale in 1970 her dissertation was the original iteration of The Search for Organizing Relations: An Organismic Paradigm in Twentieth-Century Developmental Biology.
