Formation of the band
Liam Gallagher (vocals), his brother Noel (guitar and vocals), and his friends Paul Arthurs (rhythm guitar), Paul McGuigan ( bass guitar) and Tony McCarrol (drums) formed Oasis in Manchesterin at 1991.
This was the beggining of one of the greast band in the world.
Oasis performed their first ever live gig on 18 August 1991, -
Definitely Maybe
Their debut album , Definitely Maybe, was realased on 29 August 1994.
This album was numer 1 in the first week of this realased, and todays being the fastest selling album in Uk. Selling over 15 million copies.worldwide -
Tony McCarroll leave the band
Noel Gallagher gett of Tony McCarroll of the band. He thinked that Tony "wouldn't have been able to drum the new songs" -

This was the second album of the band, it was released on 2 October 1995.
This album selled over 4.7 million copies, the fourth best-selling album in UK Chart history.. And was considered the best album of the 90's.
The album got two number one in the UK Chart whit "Wonderwall" and "Don´t look back in anger" -
Knebworth
On this year Oasis was at the top of their careers.
In Knebworth oasis performed one of the best gigs of the history. It was realased on 10 and 11 August 1996. The band sold out both concerts in a minutes.
The audience of 250.000 people each night for two nights (2,5 millions of people wanted to buy tickets for this concert) is at the time a record of outdoor concert in UK, and the largest demand for a gig in Brithis history. -

Tensions in a backstage area, ocasioned a fight between Liam and Noel and Liam wielding Noel's guitar like an axe and broke it.
The manager announced the cancellation of their concert in Paris just minutes before it begin.
After that the band split. -
