Situational Theory
True leaders do not have a specific style of leadership, but, they adapt to different situations and have successful results. -
Contingency Theory
The leader's ability to lead is contingent upon various situational factors, including the leader's preferred style, the capabilities and behaviors of followers and also various other situational factors. -
Transformational Theory
A transformational leader is someone who takes control of the situation by conveying a clear vision of the group's goals, a marked passion for the work, and an ability to make the rest of the group feel recharged and energized
