Alex’s parents gave him a guitar for Christmas that year,His mother would introduce him to music by Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Jackson Browne, The Eagles, The Carpenters, Al Green, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys. His father, on the other hand, was a fan of jazz and swing music, particularly Frank Sinatra.
