My first teaching job! I taught first grade in a private school. -
Masters in reading
I graduated from Dowling College with my Masters in reading. -
Riverhead Charter School
I left Babylon Christian in order to move up in the education world. It was a tough transition. I taught 4h grade. -
William Floyd Middle School
I was proactive in finding a public school position and this is where I landed a job as a reading teacher. I left the Riverhead Charter school mid-year. I had a great experience in the william floyd middle school. -

Sadly, my position as a reading teacer was cut. I lost my job and was then brought back as a perm-sub in William Floyd Elementary. -
3rd Grade leave replacement
I then was moved to Woodhull Elementary as a 3rd grade leave for several months and then as the school librarian :) I made new friends and learned alot. -
5th grade Hobart Elementary
I believe everything happens for a reason. After much stress and hard work, I got a permanent position as a 5th grade teacher in Hobart. I am very happy :)
