    The Birth Of Larry David
    David was born on July 2, 1947, in Brooklyn Jewish Hospital in the Sheepshead Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. His parents are Rose (née Regina Brandes) and Mortimer Julius "Morty" David, a men's clothing manufacturer, and he has an older brother, Ken.

He ended the article with a sarcastic thank-you to then-President Barack Obama for approving the extension.
