The first air balloon was invented in 1783 by brothers Joseph-Ralf and Jacques-Étienne Montgolfie.
It was launched in Paris. -
Trains

These were first introduced in the United Kingdom by Richard Trevithick.
You would buy a ticket, get into the train and possibly have your own room and wait to get to your destination. People today still use them to get from either city to city or to get to work/school quicker. -
Automobiles
The exact date is unknown and/or I was unable to find it. January 1st is not the exact date.
The first automobile (car) that humans could ride was invented by Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot. Later, in 1807, François Isaac de Rivaz invented a care to get powered by an engine.
Then in 1886, Karl Benz made a car but added in petrol or gasoline to help the car start up. -
Bicycles

Obviously more than one person invented it, but they don't know much of who invented it. Or when it was first introduced. But you would just use your legs to move the peddles, which would help the wheels rotate and move forward.
Even people today still use them for fun, transportation, or a sport. -
Buses

The original "bus" was an actual carriage in 1662 that was invented by Blaise Pascal in Paris. After a few years, no one heard or used a bus until 1820 which multiple people could ride it, plus it was powered by horses. After years of evolution, it came to be the bus we use in our everyday life. -
Motorcycles

The first motorcycle was invented by Sylvester Howard Roper; to power it for use, you just needed to use coal since it was powered by steam.
But there is another date which is in 1885 that was invented by Gottlieb Daimler and his was powered by gas. -
Airplanes
The first plane invented were from the famous Wright Brothers, Wilbur and Orville Wright. After many attempts, the planes final attempt worked and the first plane was invented.
