Heroin
Before a presentation at the New Music Seminar in New York City in May 1993, Cobain suffered a heroin overdose. Instead of calling an ambulance, Love injected him with naloxone - illegally obtained - to bring him out of unconsciousness. A few hours later, Cobain played with Nirvana one of the most memorable concerts of the year. The public did not notice that something strange had happened. -
