Kobe Bryant was born in Philadephia, Pennsylvania. Youngest of three and only son of former 70Sixer, Joe Bryant. -
High School
Kobe attended Lower Merion High School where he played basketball and set many records while he was there. -
Senior year
Kobe's senior year was full of excitement. He earned awards like, McDonalds All American, Player of the year, and the Gatorade award. He also decided to go straight to the pros . -
NBA draft
Koe is drafted to the Charlotte Hornets but he was traded the same day to the Lakers. -
First season
Kobe Started his first season where he came off the bench for two other guards. he also was the youngest rookie to win the sla dunk contest. He wasn't that talnted. -

He won his first championship with center Shaq. -
Second Championship
Kobe Bryant won his second championship in 2002. He was one of the only players to win a championship two years in a row. -

Kobe won his third straight championship in 2003. this was a very exciting time in his life. He was in his prime. -

The Lakers lost the Western Confrence Finals to the Spurs. They didn't win the championship that year. -
Running into trouble
Kobe was arrested for a sexual assault and didn't win the championship that year. -

Kobe was heavily scrutinized and criticized for the sexual assault case. The Lakers wet through three coaches which led to them not making it to the playoffs. -

Coach Phil Jackson came back to coach his favorite team the Lakers. this led to the Lakers going back to the playoffs. Also Kobe scored a record breaking 62 points. -

Kobe scored 81 points in a game against the Torronto Raptors. He is one of the only players to do this besides Wilt Chamberlin. -
