Even though Hamilton was never president, he did make a big impact on America. He changed our financial system. He landed a spot as treasurer. He was killed in a duel unfortunately. -
Jefferson Opposes Hamilton
Building a new nation was hard, but before they could built it.. there was a disagreement. Although the plan was approved, the site was not. Jefferson wanted the new Capitol along Potomac river. Hamilton disagreed with the specific site. Later, he did agree when Jefferson pledged for the support of Hamilton's financial reforms. -

Like Alexander H. and George W. Thomas was also a founding father. He became Secretary of state in 1790. "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants". -
Whiskey Rebellion
When Congress made tax on beer, people weren't to happy about it. People rebelled the new tax. They made a group that rebelled on the new tax. They refused to pay. Their group was named the Group of Liberty. Their rebellion got so bad that Washington decided to assess the problem in person. The group heard Washington was coming, so they fled. -
Capital Moving
After the War in 1769, the States went into debt. Hamilton had an idea, his idea was to move the Capitol to get the States to pay off the debt from war. This only lasted for ten years. After the ten years the permanent Capitol remains in Washington D.C. -

The election was about John Adam's and Thomas Jefferson. In this election, Thomas Jefferson won as a Republican. John Adam's lost but was announced Vice President. -
