Birth
James Potter snd Lily Evans Potter gave birth to their first and only son. With their son a prophecy given months before was fulfilled. This important date is the beginning of many adventures in Harry's story. -
Parent's Death
After being targeted, James and Lily were visited by an unwanted soul. Voldemort had broke into their home to kill Harry and ruin the prophecy. Attempting to protect their one year old child, Lily and James died. However, their love protected Harry from the death curse and sent Voldemort to flee. -
New Home
As a result from the parents' death, Harry needed a new home. Hagrid, Dumbledore, and McGonagal meet to deliver the one year old to a relative late in the night. It was sad for them to leave poor Harry there but they reminded each other that this was not goodbye. -
Hut On The Rock
Uncle Vernon has had enough. He moved the whole family far away where they could not be found. Finally relaxed, everyone thought the bette would be gone forever. A few days went by. Sadly Harry was the only who remembered what the day was, his birthday. Soddenly an expected visitor has arrived. Hagrid wished Harry a Happy Birthday and gave him a cake. However, Harry forgot who Hagrid was. After an explanation, Hagrid took Harry to prepare for Hogwarts. -
Dudley's Birthday
Harry's cousin was turning 11 and wished to visit the zoo. While Dudley was admiring the animals Harry noticed a snake. He began talking and relating to it and soon found out that it understood what he was saying. However, before anything could happen Dudley pushed Harry out of the way. Once Harry looked up angrily the glass dividing the snake from the outside world had disappeared and reappeared when Dudley tried to leave. Uncle Vernon, Dudley's dad, blamed Harry. -
The Letters
Harry, for once, had received a letter from a strange place called Hogwarts. Excited he without thinking began opening it only to have Uncle Vernon tear and burn it in front of Harry. From that day forth more copies of the letter began coming. First, from the mail slot, Second, from eggs in their house. Finally, from the chimney. And the letters never stopped coming, even on Sunday when post was closed. -
First Day
Once Hagrid retrieved Harry, be took him to every store needed for Harry's first year at Hogwarts. Harry visited Diagon Alley, Gringotts, bought an owl, and he met Draco Malfoy. -
Harry is on his way.
Harry was now ready with his supplies for his first year at Hogwarts. Only one problem, he doesn't know how to get there. Exploring the train station for platform nine and three quarters, he saw Molly Weasley in the corner of his eye. Following her while she was telling kids the way to nice and three quarters he explained how it was his first year. Luckily one of Molly's sons, Ron Weasley, was also on his first year. They almost instantly became friends and rode the train together to Hogwarts. -
Gryffindor!
Harry made his away across the lake, into the Hogwarts castle, and was one of the first kids to be sourced into their house. The houses were Gryffindor Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. After a few seconds of deciding, the sorting hat placed Harry into the Gryffindor. There was Ron, Ron's family, other kids from the train, and a few of the kids they talked to on the train with them. -
Harry's Nimbus 2000.
Sense the profecers had saw Harry's act as a skill for Quidditch, he needed his own, strong broom. Oliver Wood gifted Harry a brand new Nimbus 2000. It was the most recent on the market and everyone wanted one, even if they weren't in Quidditch. -
Gryffindor and Slytherin's first flying lesson.
Two groups, Gryffindor and Slytherin, were learning to fly on broomsticks. Madam Hooch, who instructs the First Years, had to take one of the children to the nurse after a nasty fall. She pacifically said no flying! Draco saw one of the kid's things that fell out of his pocket. About to steal it Harry told him to stop. Draco began to fly making Harry follow to get it back. Harry was noticed by one of the profferers however, instead of punishment she saw skill. Harry became seeker for Quidditch. -
There's a troll!
On Halloween there was a feast for everyone in the school to enjoy. Sadly a girl named Hermione Granger didn't have friends and felt alone especially on days like this. She ran into the girls bathroom and cried. However, she was not alone. Within minutes a troll had broken into the bathroom and was ready to attack anyone and everyone. Hiding for her life, Harry and Ron ran to help her. All thereof them went hand in hand to protect each other. When profferers arrived Hermione took the blame. -
Harry's first Quidditch match.
Harry was fully supported by Hermione, Ron, and the rest of Gryffindor. Professor Quarrel attempted to not Harry off his broom but luckily Professor Snape was able to keep Harry in the air. Hermione only saw Snape and therefore made a spell to save Harry. The aftermath distracted Professor Quirrell and Harry was safe, for now. -
Christmas.
Ron wakes up Harry early in the morning for Christmas. Harry confused about how happy Ron was thought it was a normal day. Grabbing gifts, Harry found one with his name. Happily he started at it and mentioned that this was his first christmas gifted. Excitedly, Harry ripped opened the gifts to find a cloak. When he rapped it around his body it seems that his body from the neck down has disappeared. He read the letter "Use it well." What a Christmas to remember! -
Harry discovers the Mirror of Erised.
Harry had been out of his bed and was caught by Snape. Trying to find his room he saw a room with a tall mirror in it. When he gets closer he closely observe the mirror. After a few seconds a woman and a man appear. He looked behind him only to see no one there. He went to his room but promised the mirror he would return. -
Quirrel is confronted and Voldemort is defeated.
Harry finds Professor Quirrell and the Mirror of Erised and is shocked to find that Quirrell, and not Snape, has been trying to kill him and get the Philosopher’s Stone. Quirrell, unknowing that but the Mirror gave Harry the stone, tries to use the Mirror of Erised to find the Stone. Realizing that Harry has it, Quirrell attacks him. Harry won the right but nearly died before Dumbledore arrived. -
End of year feast.
At the end of the first school year Gryffindor had won with the most hose points. However, all they won was the house cup. The Quiditch cup went to Slytherin. -
Firenze rescues Harry
Draco, Harry, and Fang are in detention in the Forbidden Forrest. While looking around they noticed a hooded creature drinking unicorn blood. While staring at it, the creature looked up at them and began to crawl towards them. Draco and Fang began to scream and run but Harry was in pain. The scar given to him when he was one was hurting. Before the creature could attack Harry, a figure jumped over him and scared the creature away. The figure was Firenze. -
The trio follow Quirrell after the Philosopher’s Stone
Ron, Harry, and Hermione had been trying to convince Proffecer McGonagall of danger but she did not listen. The trio wasn't sure what do and Dumbledore was absent. This caused them to follow Quirrell into a trap door. Neville tries to stop them but Hermione cast a spell on him to freeze letting them pass. The three kids found Fluffy and used the the wooden flute Hagrid gave Harry for Christmas to put him to sleep. -
Harry and Ron drive the flying car to Hogwarts.
While running into platform nine and three quarters, Ron and Harry ran into the wall. Running late they thought of run option, the flying car. Harry and Ron attract the attention of Muggles but that wasn't stoping them. -
Duelling Club
In the beginning of dueling club, Lockhart and Snape began to demonstrate what types of duels will happen. Snap defeated Lockhart and paired Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter together. After a few spells Snape whispered something the Draco that made them both smile. Draco then made a snake appear to scare Harry. Harry reacted by telling it to stop. Surprisingly it worked however, this was presented in front of the whole school and many began thinking that Harry was the heir of Salazar Slytherin. -
Dumbledore's Office
Harry was taken to Dumbledore's Office. Waiting, Harry talks to the sorting hat which says he would have done good in Slytherin. Disagreeing Harry turns towards behind him towards something coughing. What caught his eye was no person but instead Dumbledore’s Phoenix. It bursted into flames and became ash. Dumbledore walked in and Harry began saying that he was sorry for his lost. Dumbledore explains that the Phoenix dies only to be reborn from it’s ashes and that everything is alright. -
Ron and Harry “become” Crabbe and Goyle.
Ron and Harry had stolen hair from Crabbe and Goyle for Hermione to make a potion called Polyjuice. Using this spell, and another spell to make the original boys fall asleep, Ron and Harry “become” them. They do this to quiz Draco if he knows anything about the Chamber of Secrets. Upon realizing that he doesn’t, Ron and Harry go back to see Hermione and turn back into their regular bodies. -
Valentine’s Day
Lockhart decided to make a Valentine’s Day celebration for the kids, and Harry got his own anonymous Valentines wish. Later that day, Harry learned how to work Riddle’s diary and travels into his memory. Doing so caused Harry to believe that Hagrid opened the Chamber of Secrets. -
Harry and Ron meet Aragog
Harry and Ron follow the spiders and go through the forbidden forest. They found Mr. Weasley’s Flying Car that they lost at the beginning of the school year. They ran into a huge spider that told his kin to eat them. This hurries Harry to talk and explains that Hagrid is in trouble because the monster from the Chamber of Secrets has escaped. After a conversation about Hagrid, the Chamber of Secrets, and what has escaped, Agragog leaves the family to eat them. The flying car came to the rescue.
