Karl popper. Falsification and Demarcation
Born July 28 1902 in Vienna, Austria died: 17 Sept 1994 he was considered a hero amongst a multitude of scientists in his time. One of his early works is on the falsification of science he believed that a theory needed to be more than a concept to be a science you needed to be able and have the ability to prove it false through testing.
