Bohr Atomic Model
The Bohr model explains how electrons orbit around the nucleus of the atoms. The electrons can also jump orbits moving further or closer to the nucleus. In order for the electron to jump an orbit it must absorb or emit energy.

Niels Bohr died November 18, 1962. His Quantum theory paved the way for new findings in the science community. The modifications he made to the atomic model led to research in that gave us the atom bomb and less intense the microwave. Bohr proved that atoms are stable.
