He was warded the nobel prize for his succes in radoactive fusion and radioactive subtances. in 1907 he moved to the Victoira univerity in Machchester which is in the UK. in 1914 Ruthford worked on a sumerine for the first world war. between 1925 and 1930 he served as the preserdent of royal society. later he served as the Academic Assistasnce council which helped almost 1000 universitys just from Germany.

In 1911 Bohr travelled to England where he met with Thomson at the Trinity College Cambridge and at the Cavendish Laboratory.
