THE BEGINNINGS OF THE BAND
In mid 2003 he formed a duo with his childhood friend, Julio Ramirez. Later Bibi Marín would join to form the trio "Reik"
The beginnings of Reik appear after an invitation from Abelardo Vázquez Ramos, his current producer, to make some "demos" that were well received by the audience of his city. Reik made his way in different cities of the Mexican Republic. The songs "I would like" and "November without you" were very successful. -

Reik and Metropolitan Session
On May 24, 2005, they released their self-titled debut album, they obtained platinum and gold discs for the sale of more than 150,000 copies in Mexico. Result of the promotion of their first single titled "Yo Quiere".
On July 11, 2006, they recorded a live album at the Metropolitan Theater in Mexico City, which is called Metropolitan Session. This record was a bridge between the first and what would be their second album. -
Sequence
On December 12, 2006, Reik achieved the album that would be called Sequence, recorded in mid 2006 and 6 months after its release was a gold record. Three of the 11 songs were written by the group. "Winter," "It hurts to love you," and "What's the use." Their tour led them to travel almost all of America. At the beginning they sang at the Miss World Festival, in Puerto Rico. At the International Fair of Barquisimeto (Venezuela) they sang before more than 120,000 people. -
One more day
On September 30, 2008, Reik launches its third album titled "One more day", its first single "Unforgettable", the second single "I was" and "will not disappear". -
MTV AWARD AND THE FIRST GRAMMY
Then they release a separate single together with Maite Perroni called "my sin", for the Mexican telenovela Televisa My sin (2009). On October 27, 2009, Reik compiled the album One more day, where they added songs like "my sin", "
Closer to you", among others, to release a special edition of the album. Reik was the winner in the 2009 MTV Awards as the best pop group and the Latin Grammy for the best album, duo or group with One more day. -

DANGER
It was their fourth studio album, recorded and mixed at Sonic Ranch (in the state of Texas, USA) On Monday, April 4, 2011, the first single "Danger" was released. On Monday, August 15, 2011 «Your look», «I believe in you» launched on Thursday, February 2, 2012. «You left here» launched on Monday, July 9, 2012. Since then, Reik has taken his fifth single, "With his face up" on Monday, February 11, 2013. On Monday, September 16, 2013 his single "Ciego" premieres. -
Des / Love
On June 17, 2016 his most recent album Des / Amor was released, produced by Ignacio "Kiko" Cibrian through Sony Music Latin.
Having as a first single their song entitled "I'll forget you", followed by a good reception by the audience, they released the second single titled "I already know", "Spanglish", "We only have tonight" and finally "What do I earn by forgetting you? -
PRESENT
On February 15, 2012, the single "I Reject" was released, which was for more than 28 weeks in the first places. He has just made a collaboration with Maluma on a new single entitled "Friends with rights". .
Followed by more than 5 dates with SOLD OUT at the National Auditorium on the Des / Love tour, touring Europe, all of Latin America and more parts of the world.
Jesús Navarro is a great singer and songwriter who is expected to continue with the REIK group.
